Membership & Billing

  • Access is instant. Once you complete your Stripe payment, you will be automatically redirected to the signup page to create your private Studio login. You can log in and start training immediately

  • Yes. Your monthly subscription begins the moment you join. Charges will appear on your bank statement as: PILATES FOR DANCERS.

  • The standard membership rate is £35 / $82 per month. This includes unlimited access to our growing library of 50+ specialist classes, our structured 4-week training journeys, and our Monthly Live Zoom coaching sessions.

  • Your subscription renews automatically each month from your join date. If you wish to cancel, please email oliviahollandartist@gmail.comwith the subject line "Cancel Subscription."

    To ensure manual processing and prevent your next auto-renewal, 48 hours' notice is required before your next billing date. Once processed, your access will remain active until the end of your current paid period.


    Note: No-refunds policy for digital access. Because you receive immediate entry to the Studio library and intellectual property upon joining, all payments are final and non-refundable.

The Training (Library & Paths)

  • The Studio is built on Pilates Mat-based training. Most sessions in the Mat Library and the Training Paths utilise a Pilates ball, resistance band, and a yoga block to achieve professional-level results.

    If you don’t have these yet, you can still begin, but I highly recommend adding them to your kit to get the most out of the training. There are also 19 bonus Reformer drills included if you have access to studio equipment.

  • The library includes my most proven Mat and Reformer classes from past programs, now organised into guided paths. We also add weekly new classes exclusive to this platform, so there is always a fresh challenge waiting for you.

  • This studio is for dancers looking for safe, effective conditioning and training support. It’s designed for individual dancers who want to build strength, mobility, and confidence in their own practice.

Support & Coaching

  • We meet once a month for real-time feedback and corrections. These are interactive sessions to help refine your technique. If you can’t make it live, the recording is added to the Zoom library within 24 hours.

  • Yes. Private coaching is available for RAD exam preparation, pointe readiness, and technical breakthroughs. You can view full details and enquire about current availability on the Coaching page.
